MEMBER OF THE ADVISORY BOARD

Victor Myers brings decades of international experience in strategic and security-related environments. A significant part of his professional career was shaped by more than 20 years of service in the U.S. Foreign Service across East Africa, South Asia, the Balkans, and Europe. In these roles, he advised senior decision-makers on political, economic, and security matters, led crisis responses related to terrorism, hostage situations, sanctions evasion, and intellectual property theft, and developed new information flows to strengthen decision-making processes and support informed policy outcomes.

Prior to this, he served as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer with operational experience in HUMINT and SIGINT, supporting mission execution and contributing to training initiatives for special forces operating in complex security environments. In these roles, analytical precision, disciplined execution, and strategic foresight were essential requirements.

With family roots in Austria and proficiency in German, he brings additional cultural familiarity and regional expertise to European engagements, along with the ability to effectively bridge American and European strategic perspectives.

His experience within governmental security and decision-making structures provides him with a deep understanding of geopolitical dynamics, institutional mechanisms, and international risk environments. This perspective combines operational reality with high-level strategic assessment.

As a member of the Advisory Board, he supports Foreus with international experience, senior strategic judgment, and institutional expertise. His involvement strengthens the organization’s long-term positioning and methodological rigor.
